Welcome!

I am excited to announce I am running for a seat on the Empire Electric Board of Directors! I see this as an opportunity to contribute to our community in a way that aligns with my skills and values. This cooperative has provided reliable electricity to its members for over 80 years, however, our current rates are much higher than they need to be. When elected, I will work with my fellow board members to pursue the significant federal funding available for rural electric co-ops right now.  We need to capitalize on this opportunity to create our own local energy and lower rates for our members.
